What is GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)?
GEO covers the actions that get a business cited in the answers of generative AI, Google AI Mode, Gemini or ChatGPT. It extends SEO. SEO aims for a place in the list of results, GEO aims for a place in the answer itself. Our approach is based on the GAIA method.
How do you get cited by ChatGPT and other AI?
An AI cites the sources it can read easily, that it trusts and that teach it something. So you need a clear, fast website, structured data, a consistent identity everywhere (website, Google profile, directories), regular reviews and content that answers your customers’ questions precisely.
Search engine optimisation (SEO)
How long does it take to reach the first page of Google?
It depends on the competition for your searches, the state of the website and its history. For a local search with little competition, the first effects are often visible within a few weeks. Do you have to pay to rank on Google?
No, Google’s organic results cannot be bought. Only Google Ads are paid for, per click. SEO does, however, require work, on technical aspects, content and links, carried out in-house or entrusted to an agency.

Google reviews and online reputation
Can a business delete a Google review?
A business cannot delete a review itself. It can report it to Google when it breaks Google’s rules, fake reviews, offensive language, conflicts of interest or off-topic content, and Google decides whether to remove it. We prepare these reports in line with the legal framework and Google’s rules.
What should you do if the review is not removed?
Reply to it publicly, calmly and with facts. A careful reply reassures the customers who read the review afterwards. Regular positive reviews then dilute the impact of an isolated review.
